U | Teams

We are our Union's Project Management Hub and Center for all government and S.O.E. projects and venture enterprises. Our Teams work with Government and S.O.E.'s on provincial, city-state, and on our overall Union development, advancement, and innovations. U | Teams is mandated by our executive branch, Union S.O.E. Management Committee.

Our U | Teams is currently working on our foundation and infrastructure systems, U | Teams software, platforms, hubs, centers, campuses, and networks, and communication systems. We will notify when we migrate to Beta.

U | Vision

Union Nation-state Provincial Development

U | Vision Nation-state plans for Provincial building and development using inducooperativism. U | Vision is a Nonelilian, Visionary Pharaoh Project for the full development and construction of our Nation-State, which includes Government Architecture Projects, Geography and Cartographic Plans, Union Infrastructure Projects, Departments and Institution Plans, Utility Blueprints, ICT and Networking Re-design, uCity, and Provincial and City Developmental Plans and Construction.

Our Union Development and Construction consist of all subsidiary levels of government and government bodies, such as the Department of Education and Academicism, which includes the full construction of our Union Academic and Education System, infrastructure, Academic architecture and buildings, facilities, conference halls, academy institutions, academy universities, laboratory facilities, education centers, academic community centers, campuses, and more.

U | Vision is our Founders vision of our Union, it's undertaking involves many projects, government structuring, Embassy development, and project management. U | Teams is not just a U | Vision organization but a S.O.E. mandated by our Union S.O.E. Management Committee and 65% owned by Government. U | Teams is designed to continue all future government and Union development, infrastructure maintenance and re-design, and advancements. U | Vision is a Visionary Pharaoh branch of U | Teams, it is designed to handle all future Visionary government implementations and construction.

Project Management

U | Vision's project management is handled directly by Pharaoh of the Union. Our U | Vision project management is handled by U | Teams as a U | Project. Our Executive Branch of Government is directly involved in the management, construction, and implementation of U | Vision. U | Vision is directly mandated by Pharaoh.

Building Systems and Infrastructure

U | Vision as a S.O.E. branch of U | Teams is being engineered. U | Vision, our visionary project involves the building of project management software, management systems, ICT and network infrastructure, and platforms. U | Vision Government Centers and Hubs, Meeting Halls, Remote Hubs and Centers, and campuses.

U | Projects

Union Project Organization, Administration, and Management

U | Projects is our project management system and organization for our Union, it handles the organization, administration, and management of our Union government, S.O.E., and venture enterprise projects, for the implementation, construction, building, maintenance, infrastructure design and development, and or vision and advancement of our overall Union and Community. U | Projects consist of the construction of new state-owned enterprises, institutions, organizations, inducooperatives, and or foundations, U | Projects is designed to handle large scale projects, province to province, and is a subsidiary branch of U | Teams. It works with U | Teams to build a new Teams and project. U | Teams is the organizational and administration arm, office hub and center of U | Projects. U | Projects is mandated by U | Teams and our Union S.O.E. Management Committee.

Union Project Management

Our U | Projects management systems handle a ray of task, including project portfolio management, program management, project book of resources and knowledge management, project data and database management, organizational project management, product management, and follow the 10 basic project fundamentals; Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder, and Integration Management. Our U | Project remote and locational hubs, centers, and campuses serve as remote offices, most of our experts, professionals, and team members are remote and or remote 50% of the time, in fact we insist on remote members, for our U | Projects is a certified Live-Work Balance environment. All U | Projects, projects, are managed and handled by U | Projects on a senior and executive level, for U | Projects's signature standards and procedures, demand control over a project's operations, engineering, deployment, implementation, construction, analysis, design, and foundational framework.

Union Building Systems and Infrastructure

U | Projects are in the process of engineering the necessary facilities, construction equipment, equipment, machinery, factories, warehouses, to carry out any project. Including software, hardware, platforms, networks, and systems, province to province. U | Projects works with our iN Community and on iN Community Projects. U | Projects is semi-wholly responsible for our Union U | uCity, digital nation-state.

Executive Officebase

Our Executive Officebase houses our executive Team. Our Executive team is responsible for running U | Teams and serve on our Senior Supervisor Management Committee.

U | Projects OfficeHub is are project management hub, responsible for executing and deployment of our projects with it's management and Teams members.

Secretariat.

Office of the Secretariat of the Board of Executive Directors, of the Senior Management Committee is the direct Secretariat of our U | Teams Executive Officebase. The Office of the Secretariat is responsible for assisting in the administration and personnel management of U | Teams and it's mission. The Secretariat works with our Union Embassy and Provincial Embassies and their Ambassadors to secure and implement it's mission.
