Why Inducooperativism?
Let's use the analogy of capitalism, the world can have thousand companies, with thousands of computers to choose from, generated on competition and cheap parts and labor to the most expensive parts and manufacturing, with a turnaround time of 2-5 years. The problem with this economy is not only the massive waste and lack of community and species unity, health and active innovation and competition, but the massive waste of time. An economy based on cheap goods and services to generate constant supply and demand, results in extinction. Such economy is no different then a uneducated and underdeveloped species resulting from a dumbed down education system, or dumbed down population.
Inducooperativism is a balance between individualism with citizen-ownership and citizen shared-rights and central, unionized, cooperative government ownership. Our Union consist of several organizations that assist in the management, infrastructure, development, policy and procedure, oversight, and advancement of our State-owned Enterprises.
Union S.O.E. Management Committee
C.E.C.C. and Member-citizens committee for S.O.E's., responsible for oversight of all S.O.E.'s in our Union.
Provincial S.O.E. Management Committee
General Directors and Member-citizens committee for S.O.E's., responsible for oversight of all S.O.E.'s in their respective province.
S.O.E. Indu-Co Asset Supervision Commission
General Governors and Member-citizens commission with the authority and duty of investor/ owner governance of all S.O.E.'s collectively and in their respective province.
Senior Management Executive Committee
S.M.E.C. is an S.O.E. top executive member committee with a Board of Executive Directors, Supervisors, Managing-members, C.E.O. and C.F.O., and Secretariat, responsible for provincial-level oversight of operations and management of all S.O.E.'s in their respective province.

eiN Mobility Investment Holdings Group consist of the management of our Union public transit and transportation services, technology and communication.
iN Mobility is engaged in our Union high-speed uRail eTrain system, uJet eAir System, and uOp eAuto System. eMobility consists of the deployment, investment, construction, design, engineering, operations, management, infrastructure and framework of all public transit and transportation services provided to citizenry, including, transit stations, motorbikes, motor scooters, scooters, and other forms of public transit.
Union Telecommunications Investment Group.
U.T.I.G. is our State-owned Enterprise Investment Group, a Indu-co Holding Company, held and mandated at 55%, Government-owned, 40% Citizen-owned, and 5% Citizen-founder owned. U.T.I.G. is our nation-state communications enterprise. U.T.I.G. is engaged in the infrastructure of, development, investment, construction, operations, and management of telecommunications, communications, communication systems, transmission of information, tele-technologies, services including the development and advancement of solar-energy transmission and technology.

Our Union consist of four S.O.E. Management Committees. Our Committees are responsible for S.O.E. management, infrastructure, policy and procedure, regulation, personnel and employee management, ownership shared-rights and distribution, nation-state economy and financial growth, development, and advancement. Their Mission is the advancement and development of our species, Inducooperativism, and our motto "Education First, Economy Second".
